Inquiry letter of Business Letter

Definition ;

Supply demand letter is a letter from the prospective buyer to the seller that it request a quote. That is, the prospective buyer requested by mail order sellers bid formally to him. With offers from prospective buyers later sellers will know the price, and selling syrata, and description of the goods or services to be purchased. This was the purpose of prospective buyers bidding request letter writing to the seller.
When prospective buyers know the condition of the goods/services below the price and terms of sale and purchase, of course he no longer need to request quotes from vendors. The letter requests a quote is required in formal trade demand official procedures formally in writing. A big company as seller, for example, is not to simply serve the request a quote over the phone.
The letter requests often is the initial stage of the process of business transactions. By mail request a quote or ask the prospective buyer asks for a description of the goods or services to be bought. As a reaction, the seller explains things like to buyers order and eventually the business transaction as the peak of the process of buying and selling.

For friends who had the task of making the inquiry letter, here I have a sample inquiry letter ... may be useful ...
